Odisha State Higher Education Council (OSHEC) was established in the year 2017 by an Act of State Legislature of Odisha, functioning under Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha. This Council is mandated to advise the State Government on all issues pertaining to policy, planning and academic development in the higher education sector of the State.
